Nice results there, well done Simon and the Xtreme Team! I note that the Xtreme tunes include a new thermostat and I assume you've altered the mapping so the fans come on to match at the lower temps. Is this really beneficial? What difference in temp is there between the stock thermostat and the one Xtreme uses?I'll be getting a Wogedit shortly (bring on Monday!!) and was wondering if you recommend a similar approach DW, or do you tend just to stick with the stock thermostat? From my understanding Buggy, using a lower thermostat is not a necessity, but more of a preference from the tuner. DW prefers to use the standard thermostat, as do many others, but Xtreme use the cooler 160 degree thermostat and their tunes are adjusted accordingly. Different strokes for different folks I guess! Good to see people are free-er with AFR's being posted. Here's one I prepared earlier for my 95 Caltex Vortex tune showing before and after tune results Edited 29/10/05 11:53 PM by M6 XR6T
