I just bought the latest Street Fords magazine and read the article on Whitelines suspsension packages including there Group4 kit for the BA, which is a funny coinsidence as my cousin just bought a set of group4's for his STI and you know how it is, once you see them you gotta have them.

So does anyone have any whiteline gear on there BA??

Heres a quick run down on they're packages.

1. Handling pack, adjustable 27mm front and 22mm rear swaybars and a caster camber kit.

2.Sports pack, Low or superlow springs, adjustable front and rear shocks.

3.Works pack, combination of 1 and 2.

4. Group 4 coilovers, fully adjustable height and rate.

Id love to have a set of group4's for the ability to adjust height but for nearly 3k+fitting its not worth it unless you're really going to throw it around.

So there, I dont know if that's been covered before but theres a decent write up in the mag, so I thought it would be nice to hear your thoughts.

There was a member here called "esky' who seems no longer active that did a lot of the original testing of Whilelines suspension development for the BA. If you do a search you may find some interesting discussion on its develoment and the suspension components you are considering.

I have a set of the group 4 coilovers on my T. They are a nice riding unit. Whiteline are going to use the car to test some drag setups as my power ups go. I have a fairly neutral setting at the moment and it rides very nicely.

Stage one was only 250 odd rwkw so the demands on the suspension werent alot for the track - Stage 2 will be another thing though so we will see what happens as Im hoping to have the car back in the next week or so.

I currently have the height set at what the car was previously with King SSLs in the back and SLs in the front over 20inch wheels

Bain,

I have posted a few pics in another post on Rim sizes, but just for you.

The first one is with the King Springs, the second is with the Whiteline gear.

I hope you dont mind but I have a few questions, like is there much more adjustment on the height? How are they under normal driving conditions, I've heard you can hear a springy noise on some set ups.

cheers
