Guest schhhtodd Guests Posted 16/07/05 07:51 AM Share Posted 16/07/05 07:51 AM still only early days of owning, almost 1 month - 1000kms, must admit I was a bit worried about how alot of people say they had nothing but troubles but mines going sweet (still early days but hopes are pretty high) nothing brings a smile to my face quite like hittin 0-100 in around 6 secs, especially when you get someone on their reds with their girls with em tryin to beat you in some lil box theyve done up

Yes, I can honestly say Barry and I have formed quite a relationship, I give him the good oil (Castrol Formula "R") and he responds with all the grunt I need.I think I love you Barry. Good to hear some positive feedback on the mighty T. Must admit that after 25,000k I've had very little to complain about and heaps to feel great about. Love driving it. The best car I've owned thus far and always receives some great comments (must be the shiny HgAg). Awesome bang for buck and a big comfy cruiser to boot! And all this before the mods start! Posted 16/07/05 11:44 AM Share Posted 16/07/05 11:44 AM I'd wished that I saw a thread like this when I brought my T, I was hearing about problem after problem and it got me really worried about getting a lemon...It seemed like it was getting fashionable to bag the car out on it's own site... There were even posts just wanting to list out minor problems not to get them fixed but as a way bagging the car out, so I'm happy to see this thread...[ranting prase]Short answer is that this is the most enjoyable car I have ever driven (mine or anyone elses...) She handles like nothing else (even in the wet as long as the go fast pedal isn't to far down...) she accelerates very quick (and to consider she is still only stock), and she is a joy to drive...[/ranting prase]

I bought my slightly used XRT a few months ago and driving this car is the best fun I have had in years! I have had 2 BA Futuras as company cars and they were quite good and gave me a taste of how good these new Falcons are.........but this T is somethig else again! We are lucky here in NT in that we have unrestricted spped limits outside of the metro areas and you can really find out about the potential of this great car. It sits on the road beautifully at 180 km/h mile after mile (and listen to that induction noise....real music!). Accel from 160km/h to pass another car is a real fun experience. The XR has been trouble-free. Here's to a super car BTW, Cro, where the heck do you get those little cartoon figures? Ha ha!

I only get to drive it for a week every 5 weeks due to a new job, that just makes me enjoy it even more Shane
