I have done a bit of drifting, heli's, burnouts( on my driveway of course! ) , and have had it sitting there on the limiter in 1st/2nd plenty of times. It does do it when I'm driving though, and rev it out(ie. when booting it and don't shift in time), but I wouldn't describe it as as harsh as some of you guys are.Oh well! It would throw you FORWARD in your seat and I'm sure the airbags must have been ready!Funny, since APS Phase II I'd never hit is mainly as in Auto one way or the other when using the new power. Since this post I've tried the limiter deliberately to see, and it doesn't seem anywhere near as awful.....but I've felt a LOT better.Comments?e.g. Can you eliminate or change limit without edit? Can you cahnge it with edit! Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/18779-the-t-goes-banggggg/page/2/#findComment-272811 Share on other sites

Why can't a piggyback do this (e.g. APS as I use), surely if they wrote the necessary code it could be done? Do you mean CAN'T be done? Also, has this been done with a standard edit and are their other third party products that can assist?wheeeew......my mouth is dry from so much talkin' - lol. Sorry, I originally came from an age when Holley was king and computers were in spaceships (funny, I sell software now ) Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/18779-the-t-goes-banggggg/page/2/#findComment-272815 Share on other sites
