rudav Member 5 Member For: 19y 4m Posted 06/07/05 01:02 AM Share Posted 06/07/05 01:02 AM HiAnybody still having problems with brake squeal, I have had squeal since day 1,pads have been replaced but still squeals under low pressure braking.I took the ford service forman for a drive and he said "sh*t that's loud", but they dosod all about it.I have even complained to Ford customer care but that seems to go no where.All they tell me there is a problem raised with ford and we are working on it, but nothing happens. You are given new pads which actually are the old pads with chamferred edges, therefore decreasing your "bite" area.In any case these are meant to be non-squealers, and ever car built after August fitted with Premium Brakes have these new pads.Some have reported squealing though.Just pretend you have a V8 Supercar that squeals its tits off Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
