My car (saloon) is standard - in rush hour traffic (highway but congested) averaging 50kph - I get 450km from a tank. That includes some 120km travel (on the driveway of course), and a few good wind ups from the lights etc most days.

I'm running APS phase 11 in an auto and have found my economy has improved. I drive the car flat out all the time and it's still better on juice than when standard. Easily getting over 500 km per tank.

Hi.

I get to Syd and back (ACT) on one tank with 50km to spare...

So, HWY driving, I get 650 to 700km per 75L (Ute tank is bigger??).

Ps: phase II, six speed.

hmm, Standard I can only get 550 to a tank on the highway and 220 to 300 around town! thank god fuel is sooo cheap!

The book says the Ute has a bigger tank.

I think it's even 10L bigger but I cant be bothered to check right now.

Bit like Benmwhite I have Phase II and auto and on a run to QLD achieved a reading of 809km to empty on a fill. On a run on the highwy the actual is about 9l/100km and around town 14.2l/100km rising to 15.1l/100km is pushing it hard around town. The Phase II is about 270RWKW with the boost set not to exceed 9 psi and the afrs running of the rich side of safety.

Just had APS Phase II completed on Thursday night. The newer version with larger injectors - I think same now as Phase III.

Anyway - do ALL of your trip meter functions still operate correctly I.e. distance 'till empty, avg fuel use? Some have said NO.
