They had to get it from another dealer up the road.I test drove it with 4 or so km on the clock.The bad part was not being able to choose the sound option.The sales man said, "you can only listen to one cd at a time anyway".Now I'm counting how many times I nearly crash while changing the damn cd !Last count was about 3 times in 8 months. I was told that delivery would be sometime in September, but after chatting with a friend who works at Ford, I was told that sometimes cars are built within a couple of weeks. I also spoke to another XR6T owner who told me that he waited almost 6 months for his.So I was just curious how long you guys had to wait for yours. Is the 3 months I was originally quoted typical?Have you got your car yet??? Mine arrived yesterday I happen to drive past and went in to say hello to my dealer and I mentioned I seen a XR same colour as mine in a yard a few blocks down. So at this point we went for a walk and sure enough it was my baby. I pick it up Saturday morning. and let me tell you I cant wait. it took about a month.
