cool clip...how do u get that 'didididodo' sound? is that from the bov or airintake?

Dont quote me coz there is a fair change im wrong, but I believe that sound is the turbo coming to a sudden stop?

Anybody actually know what this sound is, im a noob.

that's right! it's called compressor surge and it's bad for long life turbos!

it's normally due to a poor BOV or an undersized BOV...

usually occurs best without any BOV at all. Sounds better than pshhh I reckon. Anyway, it is only really a serious issue with applications running 2 bar plus, as far as damage goes. It occurs as a result of a sudden deceleration of the shaft, its boosted air trying to come back to where it originally came from prior to entering the turbo.
