Didn't register for this as I was waiting 'till the 12th hour to see if I could make my 1st xr6turbo.com cruise.Unfortunately my other hobby is lifting big weight. I screwed my upper back/shoulder and have been on ice (literally) since Friday.Then my newest of three kids (4 weeks) got the snuffles...<sigh>Looks like it was a great event. Posted 01/08/05 08:01 AM Share Posted 01/08/05 08:01 AM Well were do I start we are home all safe and sound.Although we are a bit sore in the legs we had one very great weekend.To meet some old friends and some new friends was great the roads and caves were great and the country stop at countryphoon's was very nice.goldie the car enjoyed alittle bit of fun and the chance to stretch her legs.We would like to thank every one who turned up and made the long trip from the gold coast worth everykm and hour.It is this type of friendship that makes this site so great.We would liketo say that anyone who might be coming to the gold coast to let us know say we can repay the fun.Hey ken hows the ribs.Joyce I love the 100kmph calls too.Ian and anita. I was pretty impressed with all your cars took me a while to get my jaw off the floor hehe when I was cruzin home to canberra I saw a few guys in T's fly past me (I was towing a dog trailer) the noticable one was an acid GTP with black stripes Rego was Shorty I think.. very schmick .. wish I got a shot of em, they all pulled into phesants nest. The highlight for me was Ken and Goldie getting in trouble off the tour guide. They sure know how to pick the trouble-makers It was nice to meet some new members.
