Imight be in on a bulk buy too but I thought the BMC were a tad better?

This was what I was thinking too Swanga, but nobody seemed to wanna answer my question a few posts above!

Whilst I think the K&N is still an excellent filter, I thought I'd heard that the BMCs were just that little bit better - supposed to be both slightly better filtration AND airflow, although part of me thinks that that's a contradiction in terms?! :hrmm:

I priced 'em up at my local car shop the other day - K&N was around the $130 mark and the BMC was about $40 more again. Why do I get so obsessed with what's gonna be better. At the end of the day, I'm bloody sure I won't be able to tell a lick of difference!! :censored::censored:

I have a BMC and wondering the same thing. The K&N are a more proven filter out there in the market, BMC might slightly out perform the K&N but at what cost? (Filtration wise). I was considering getting a K&N just for piece of mind, just before the QLD dyno day event.

Pitty I'm not in WA, oh well.
