Being a staunch Ford supported I would'nt even bother looking at their forum. After the dyno day the Ls1 boys, should drop 2 cylinders as they are obviously redundant. 6 good ones will do the job better. OH!!! and their oil consumption would drop by 1/4 as well. macka<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Cheap shot about the oil consumption. Typical one eye Ford supporter. You will find on the LS1 forum that they hardly ever talk about Turbo's and even if they do they never put the turbo down.I personally have a great deal of respect for the turbo's, they are a great car. Laws of physics at work clearly.The BA may be heavier, but it has a much more refined drive than the Late model camira could ever hope for.Ross<{POST_SNAPBACK}>This is very true, the setup in the current commodores is ordinary at best for the track but I dont think Expensive Daewoo had it in mind that the cars would be built for the track.Wait till the VE comes out with new driveline and suspension. When I had a Munro, I was a member there and they were always whinging about being stitched by another XR6T . One of the reasons I switched camps actually.Hey Ben, ever OWNED both setups ?
