Hey guys, I am just after some feedback on the following "end of financial year" runout special.

Car: Demo MkII XR6T Sedan

Year: Late 2004

Kms: under 500km

Trans: 6 Speed Man.

Colour: Vibe

Options: Premium Sound, CSA 18inch rims (look awesome with Vibe), Tint, Big mouth cold air intake, high flow filter, XR mats.

Also comes with 5 year warranty.

Price: $42990 drive away no more to pay!

The car is a demo and all aftermarket options were done by the dealer. The Vibe is not the best colour but it looks bloody nice with the rims and tint.

Is this too much to pay for a 2004 built car?? :kissmy:

Cheers!! :spoton:

Sounds like a bloody good deal to me.......I am surprised the dealer fitted the aftermarket options though. Take it for a drive im sure that will help answer your questions. :spoton:

Mate I am scared that if I did take it for a drive I'll end up driving out with a 10k bigger loan then what I have now! :spoton:

Don't fall for the 'end of year runnout' sales...

A dealer can do the same deal any other time, but knows when u go shopping at that time, YOU will be more keen to do a deal..

Don't act too interested, or happy with how it drives, and bag the colour out. Say u want a RED one or something...

that's end end of last years model runout.. not end of financial.. They'll move mountains to get rid of '04 stock..

Dont worry about the extra $10000 on the loan. I couldnt help but the extra for my T after I took it for a test drive aswell. Didnt want to pay at first, but gee my T goes hard and that is what makes it all worth it in the end. you will want to pay it off because you enjoy it so much. (By no way is this advise is to be taken by anybody, MG incorages scencible spending and borrowing practices. also fords depriciate in a way that could make you cry)

I payed the same amount in Jan 2005 for a mid 2004 MK1 (Vixen red), auto, with full leather, tint, XR mats, no premium sound or 18's. You only live once so take the car :gooff:
