Hey guys,

Im looking for a few small/easy to do things for my new XR6T that will be nice an cheap to keep me going while I save up for the big mods. Ive got the info on the second CAI but im after more info on cheap little mods that will either give me a small performance/economy etc. increase or small things that will make the car look a bit better. Ive also got details on adding footwell lights (I have premium sound) and its little things like these that im interested in.

One quick mod is the footwell lights (if you have premo sound) also the illuminated window switches. LED interior lighting, foglight covers, de-badge and a good polish.

Ive tried searching but a search on "easy mod' etc comes back with around 140 pages worth lol.

k&n filter (around $140)

mandrel bent centre muffler replacement with hot dogs (around $300) makes the car sound great

2nd cai (around $70)

for looks you can debadge like some here have( im not a fan of the look)

replace tips on exhaust (cheap)

lower the car for a few hundred!!!

the 2nd cai and centre muffler repalcement should give you a slight performance gain too

that should keep you going till you can get an edit or equivalent
