Wanting to remove my center muffler on FG F6 ute until I get the money for full system and tune.

There's no problem with over boosting or anything when removing center muffler? I won't need a tune either will I?

How does it sound at 100kms Dillz??? I'm after abit more noise, but not too much lol...

Bairly noticeable but it is an N/A, turbo's will always sound better.

You can only hear it idling and at low speed acceleration. But for a Turbo I'd probably stick to the center one, have a read through this thread to get more info on peoples reactions to having it done.

Oh nice. I asked a certain place here about what could be done and they said, "To supply and fit a rear sports muffler in Full stainless steel with Dual Twin- Skin Tips is $880".

Thoughts? And what are twin-skin tips?

Complete waste of money by the sounds of it. If you just want a bit louder note take a muffler out for around $100 if you don't like it you can always get it put back in.

If you want a full exhaust (dump pipe back) then entry level 4inch Xforce systems would do the trick, fairly cheap also. LINK

You will need to get your car tuned if you get a full system though. Hope that helps a bit.

So removal on a stock F6 FG of center muffler requires no re-tune and theres no issues? From what I've read removing center is better than rear because it drones am I right?
