It isn't that bad in the cabin, but I haven't heard a standard one either.I'll take some video's tonight when I'm warming it up to show you the difference in the sound. There is a video of the centre removal on here some where too, this will allow you to compare to two. I asked the bloke to remove the center muffler, he quoted aroud $150-$200. He suggested I save up and go for a full xforce system instead. It kinda makes sense if you think about it. By the time you pull out the center muffler ($200) buy a hi-flow cat ($400) your half way there. The Xforce system with 4" dump and 3.5" straight through system is about $1400-$1500, and this includes the hi-flow cat.... so in the scheme of things its a tough call...I guess you also have to factor in you will need a tune after fitting the exhaust as well, whereas probably not just for the center muffler removal. Does it do anything apart from change the sound?For $180 it is not worth it IMO.If you can buy a set 2nd hand like I did for $50 then it is worth it.Haven't noticed a performance gain but it sure is louder.
