Comparing the T's Centre and Rear mufflers, which is the greater contributer to back pressure?

*** Possible stupid question approaching ***

Doesn't the exhaust system on the T have no/minimal back pressure - due to the "T" bit?

Trent.

As I have amply demonstrated, I am a technical monger, but from my understanding the exhaust system and the injectors were used riht from the very start as two ways of "controlling" (re: reducing) the power output of the "Seagull" motor, as it was known at the time.

And no, Motor magazine was not the only place I hears that stupid name.

I wonder if the sales of the ba would have been as strong if they stuck with that name. Seagull, it sounds so poncy.

I think I would still be way ahead of the factory muffler.

THat's true, but my question is that you are after outright performance & a mandrel system would of been better than the press bent.

Can anyone recommend a place in Brisbane that could do this muffler work for me? I have an APS exhaust system...now want it to crackle and rumble a bit louder! :kissmy:

"Gonzo" is your man in Brisbane for all things exhaustingly loud. You'll find him in the Phone book under G.
