I wanted it so you could lift the bonnet of my car and not notice any change. I have not even done a second CAI as yet.Rob has said that the restriction now is all in the exhaust and that removing the centre muffler will give me another 15kw's or so at the wheels. That looks like the next job which is simple and cheap.Off for a drive now.Luke.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Hi Luke,Nice power result, just a quick question with upgraded injectors and Valve springs I thought people where getting about 260RWKW plus and on standard injectors people where getting about 240RWKW, I’m just asking as I have booked my car in for EDIT at the end of the month with a Sydney tuner and have been told to expect around 240RWKW with stock injectors and with upgraded injectors and pump about 260-270 RWKW, he said this is when I will need to change valve springs. just checking to see what I should expect. What is limiting me from getting to the 270kw range is the exhaust but I was expecting better to be honest.I have been watching other guys and what sort of power levels others have been achieving and I thought 260rwkw with my mods would be about right. That said, I have one pretty quick car now, it has surprised me.Have a look at the power Daniel ( dswiders ) achieved with his T, just over 280kw's and what his mods are for another comparison.Luke. The centre muffler mod for me made in cabin noise too loud and also made it evident when at ford that the car had been tampered with.Have a chat to Craig, if you want to trial the factory cat gutted without touching your own one, before you make a decision.Congrats again mate. Is it a completely different car to drive in terms of power delivery ?? I'm not sure what my money is getting me as I have not been in a modded T before or any other T except for my own. Skitz 6 Donating Members 115 Member For: 20y 10m Location: Adelaide Posted 07/06/05 04:00 AM Share Posted 07/06/05 04:00 AM It does feel like a different car... I had mine done 1 month ago. I too didn't know what to expect. Car went to Nizpro, got Edit'd. I also put in the Nizpro injectors and valve springs (to give me extra at the top of the range), and ended up with 266kw at the wheels, from 186kw. You dont notice a thing driving around, until you go over 3500rpm, and the turbo Hisses at you and the front end lifts, but it is still smooth and refined. The only time the boost feels like it used to is from 2200-3200prm, from there its a different story.I can attach my dyno graph if you like, that shows you the picture.Happy, sure am, its a buzz. You wont regret it.Pete Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/18004-another-hpf-edited-t/page/3/#findComment-260495 Share on other sites

Hit 3500RPM and the boost comes in, and my tyres ( admittedly worn ) just light up, and if you want it to, it will spin well into 2nd. Its quite amazing the transformation.I drove several members cars that were modified before getting edit myself so I could understand what to expect.I am sure one of the Sydney guys will accomodate you with a drive.Luke.
