As the ones I recived have a tight rubber edging to go around existing pedal .It was hard enough to get over the pedal but once on I tried to move it to see if would come off nothing ,didnt move at all. As the ones I recived have a tight rubber edging to go around existing pedal .It was hard enough to get over the pedal but once on I tried to move it to see if would come off nothing ,didnt move at all.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Because it's the law. They must be secured and not just slipped over the pedal. It may not move now, but when the rubber ages a bit and softens up you might go for the pedal one day and find yourself pushing the floor instead. There have been documented cases of accidents being caused because of this with some of the over the counter cheap alloy look pedal covers.
