She's as guilty as f*ck. She smuggled drugs and got caught and deserves to serve her time. If you f*ck up in another country, you deserve to cop the full brunt of their law.

We all agree their judicial system is f*cked, but it is what it is. Don't smuggle drugs and you won't have to worry about it.

Our media tried to make it out to be a poor-Schapelle story, but she's nothing more than a drug smuggler that got busted. If she wasn't a pretty tart with perky tits, we'd forget her like most have the Bali 9 - remember them?

Hey I was just making a point. I voted that she is guilty. And I do agree that if you do the crime, do the time. but what if you didnt do the crime? What if you 'stepped into the ring' as you put it, without knowing the rules or even knowing there was a fight on?

I believe in fair trials, and when there IS reasonable doubt, politics interfereing, not to mention money is changing hands, that's not a fair trial.

And yes, Australia's judicial system is definalty not perfect, but its better than that sh*tfight.

If it was proven without a f*cking doubt that a person was the leader of a group that killed hundreds of foriegners in Australia, they would be in jail until the end of time. Doesnt matter what religion they followed, what politicions they were friends with or who they emptied their pockets for. And if the Indonesion judicial system is willing to do such dodgey sh*t on a massive case like that, imagine what they do to 'minor' cases like drug smuggling.

And that's why ill never set foot in that f*cking country.

And I dont even think her tits are that perky....

Only the Corbys know how their little syndicate operates, but there are many theories.

I like this one:

The mum is the ring leader, the older brother is the deputy, Mercedes the Bali contact/dealer.

The younger brother was their courier as he was under age and wouldn't have copped much of a penalty.

They had a customs guy paid off, but he truned on them to save his own skin and the Bali customs were targeting the brother.

When the brother was asked about the bag, Schapelle took over to make sure the brother didn't stuff things up, but was cought out when their insider wasn't there to let her through. Mercedes was the first on the scene, convienently with cash at the ready to briber their way out, but again, their guy wasn't there.

Another twist on this is that Schapelle didn't know what was in the bag, but knew what her family was up to, and realised what she'd stepped in when it was opened.

This fits with the Corby's claims that the Indonesian's refused to assure Schapelle's release if they produced the real courier, they'd just convict them both, because they were both involved.

On the issue of not know what they were getting into, I don't think anyone doesn't know the harsh penalties in Indonesia, especially the Corbys considering Merceded is married to a local, and lives there.

The only reason that Corby gets any attention is because she is/was attractive, there was no where near as much of an up roar when they hung that 21 year old from Melbourne 3 years ago.
