I reckon that she is guilty, anybody that can't sense 4kg extra in a bodyboard bag needs to get themselves re-calibrated.

Of course if it was in OZ, the case would have been thrown out on several levels, but then again, in OZ, there would have been video evidence, and the evidence would have been finger printed printed, etc

You do realize the airport could not provide video evidence on that specific day, as the system was down?

This sparked a lot of questions wether luggage get's scanned leaving Oz.

Anyway, it is difficult to say if she's guilty or not. There was a lot of descrepencies with the case, it would have been ffairly easy to do fingerprints on the packaging, check her whole family and friends, and perform dna testing on the weed to determine possible area of origin.

So, a lot of conjecture here, and in my mind nothing conclusive was proven.

She may be guilty, or innocent - just a pity proper procedures were not followed, as it would be a disgrace if she's rotting in an Indo jail, being innocent.

If she's guilty, she would know, and got what she deserved.

since seeing the last two documeteries that aired last week... I have now changed my mind and think she is guilty and that shes a farking liar.

This does not change the fact that I think 20 years is way too severe for something that grows from a seed in the dirt.
