Michael Hagan goes to NSW for a meeting with Ricky Stuart. After the meeting, Michael says to Ricky, "Well Ricky, I don't know what you think of your players from NSW, but mine are all bright and brilliant."

"How do you know?" asks Ricky.

"Oh well, it's simple", says Michael. "They all have to take special tests before they can play here. Just watch this."

He calls Darren Lockyer over and asks him, "Tell me Darren, who is the child of your father and of your mother who is not your brother and is not your sister?"

Ah, that's simple Michael", says Darren, "it's me!"

"Well done Locky",says Michael and Ricky is very impressed.

Ricky returns to NSW and wonders about the intelligence of his team.

He calls in Danny Buderus and asks, "Danny, tell me, who is the child of your father and of your mother who is not your brother and is not your sister?"

Danny thinks and thinks and doesn't know the answer. "Can I think about it a bit more Ricky, and I'll give you the answer tomorrow?"

"Of course," says Ricky, "you've got 24 hours."

Danny goes away, thinks as hard as he can, calls in his team-mates but no-one knows the answer. 20 hours later, Danny is very worried -still no answer and only 4 hours to go. Eventually Danny says "I know, I'll ring Brad Fittler, he's clever, he'll know the answer." He calls Brad.

"Brad," he says, "tell me, who is the child of your father and of your mother who is not your brother and is not your sister?"

"Very simple", says Brad, "it's me!"

"Of course", says Danny and rings Ricky.

"Ricky", says Danny, "I've got the answer: it's Brad Fittler". "No, you idiot", says Ricky, "it's Darren Lockyer".

Ignored forward passes to keep play flowing, knock ons, pissweak scrums. God, even the biff was more AFL than League.

The two late tries that NSW scored were off BLATANT forward passes (and yes I back the blues),

and on a side note, how did that hamfisted, lowly skilled, excuse for a simian; Kimmorely get a guernsy? He's OK at club level but gets found out time and time again at Test and Origin is IMHO a step above test level even (at the moment anyways) GET RID OF HIM!

Would've been an atmosphere at Lang Park last night, too say the least!
