Wsid Private Track Day 12/06/05

The long awaited WSID. V8Owners & friends private track hire has been booked for 12 June 2005

As some of you may be aware WSID has been discussing a price increase for private track hire days effective in since January 2005. The price increase takes the cost from $150 to $200 per car.

But it is not all bad so don't panic yet.

We have negotiated a new price of $165 per car, due to the constant change of dates to our prevoius track hires.

Catering will be supplied, Bacon & egg rolls for breaky with a sausage sizzle & steak sandwiches for luinch with cool drinks & Tea and coffee all day.

Unfortunately this is in breach of WSID contractual agreements with their caterers. Only WSID caterers can sell food at WSID.

Here is what I have worked out.

Cost per car is $180.00

Cost per Spectator/crew is $5.00

Admin fee $10.00 (per car)

For this price we will have our day including food & drinks all day for drivers & crew & spectators. V8owners will pre-pay caterers $15.00 per driver & $5.00 per spectator to get around this problem.

Summary

Date : 12/06/05

New price : $190 per Driver & $5.00 per Crew/Spectator including food and drinks

Normal price : $200 per driver, no food, no drinks & $5.00 per spectator

This is a good deal and probably the last time there will be a private day at this price. The added $15.00 is for a good cause and a good feed..

So its time to put this in your diaries and tell your friends.

The deadline for payment will be 01/06/05

Each driver can bring 2 pitcrew & 3 spectators.

So did anyone actually go to this?
