20s usually require modification of the upper control arms.

A few members here have 19 x 9.5" on rear with no probs.

So 19" X 9" would fit all round? What would fit all round without any mods?

Should do. I've got 19 x 8.5" all round with 245 tyres and it doesn't scrape even with lowered suspension when carrying passengers.
