Listen to all the pud pulling experts!

I can't believe you all calling her & her family idiots when you're actually the idiots who stopped & watched the show on Channel 9!

As for her being guilty, who bloody knows??? What's happened to innocent until proven??

We're not privilged to get all the evidence, just what's shown on TV. I still can't believe someone would want to import pot to Indo, regardless of Hydro or not, it's still worth a lot more over here & readily available over there.

And as for "she must be guilty because she experimented with drugs when she was young", mate what planet you living on??? It sure ain't this one!

HAHAH goose. If you had been listeneing to half the story you would know that Indonesia's legal system works differently to ours. She was caught with drugs, so she is CHARGED and IS GUILTY until she can proove she is innocent. It's ass about, but it's the way they work..

Plonky, I have often wondered about this myself, has the brother ever been put under the microscope??

Aside from that as others have said, half arsed ratings grab!!

Not sure if you are referring to my comments from above....but if you are, read them again. I said...

"2). She made the admission that she has "experimented" with drugs before.

While neither of these points makes her guilty.....it does raise some doubt as to her innocence."

Therefore, you have selective reading....or you have misquoted somebody else. Either way, an apology may be appropriate.

Ever experimented with drugs Gaza? Know anyone that has?

I suggest you report them to the authorities for suspected drug related activities.

No

Yes

An unfounded conclusion....as opposed to "an element of doubt"

I'd say that if the dope was placed in her bag "allegedly" by baggage handlers then that would have happened on after customs has searched the bag. Customs do the best they can, they can’t feasibly do a detailed search of everything that comes in and out, thus they pick bags at random to search, or if the dogs pick up a scent \ x-rays show something interesting then they will search your bag, also you will see a little note in your bag when they have gone through it.

I do have to agree with the fact that if she wasn’t young \ pretty (well not to bad at least…), was a 40yo balding male we would simply be saying bloody idiot deserves all he gets \ minimal publicity. Just look at the guy whom was kidnapped in the middle east, I don’t even know his name and he is looking very realistically at a death sentence…

I support what derryn hinch said.

1. she takes a boogie board to bali (her brother in law works in a surf shop and could lend her any boogie board she wanted for free).

2. the drug quality is better here than over there.

3. if a baggage handler planted the drugs in her boogie board, how would he know what way to pack the drugs (flattened out, in a brick shape, etc). how would he know what shape bag he was going to put it in, and why would you risk putting that quantity of drugs in a strangers bag in the hope you can get it back out of her bag when in bali. easier and less risky just to sell in aus.

4. this has happened before. why didnt we hear about it. because they didnt have a chest, long hair or blue eyes.

just because she's australian, doesnt automatically make her innocent.

just my opinion
