I thought it was awesome, quite emotional with the betrayal and all that stuff, Jedi's getting the shaft etc.

My Missues is not a Star Wars fan, just loved it too.

It was great seeing dad's my age (33) taking their little boys to see the movie series that they loved as little boys, the whole generational thing was good value.

Well, Im gonna dissent.

I found it only OK, even a tad boring in parts.

Number one thing I disliked: TOO MUCH CGI. Computer grafix have their role in movies but CGI simply doesnt look as good as real life models. I mean Jabba in Return of the Jedi looked real, it was made out of rubber I guess...but I just felt nothing watching all these grafix. 95% of this movie was cgi and it doesnt do it for me.

Acting was a bit too wooden and expressionless for me. Christiansen and McGregor were too blase most of the time...and Christiansen has one facial expression.

It was nice to see things tie into the original series...that's about it for me. Sorry, I say its only marginally better than the other 2 recent SW movies.

Yoda is a Jedi and you saw heaps of facial expression on him - concern, disapproval, deep thought.

Hayden Christiensen was as stiff as a board and he spoke in a monotone voice 95% of the time...he was truly poor I thought, he brought down the movie a notch for me.
