I live in a small town in country NSW and I think that we are not doing too bad in Turbo ownership for a poulation of under 10,000. There are 7 Turbo sedans and 3 or 4 Turbo utes getting about. This doesn't take into account the few XR8 utes starting to pop up as well. I am doing my best to add to this by convincing various people at my company the Turbo is the way to go. We now have 2. :)

What is the waiting time for an xr6t in new zealand?

Ordered mine today, and it will be here in around 2 weeks. A little lucky as the dealer had one on order for Stock which was exactly my specification. Another dealer quoted me 4 weeks for the same reason (in fact they had 2 coming in matching my spec).

But they both said even it was a "from scratch" order they are now looking at around 8-10 weeks.

It seems they must have some form of allocation for NZ orders, certainly not the long waits that you Aussie's are experiencing - thankfully I say !!

Canberra is a great place to drive. 1 hour traffic in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.. Rest of the time there is hardly any traffic at all, anywhere. Unlike places like Sydney that seem to have constant traffic throughout the day.. Oh and canberra was designed from the beginning to be a drivers city.
