Awesome, have they got you using ELF yet????

if not what brand /type fuel are you using???

ELF is the ducks guts for race fuel as it formulated to combust more with air absorbtion.

Another trick is to mix Fibreglass hardner in with the fuel, this will make any motor output more & make your eyes water.

How can you tell if your car is suffering from fuel surge?

The Car starts coughing and missing. You could hear Craigs car from a mile off towards the end of the Qtr definately running out of fuel.

Mate you better get into the 10's, I need some reward for pushing the f*ckin thing down the staging lane all night! :spoton:

Personal Note, will wear cape next week to improve pushing power! :pinch:

A little push at the line JB and Craig would have pulled a 10 :spoton:

Great Job Geea and Mr. Turbo  :pics:

Spewing I could'nt get there for the excitement.

Damn good results boys.

A couple of stacks thrown in makes for a great night, assuming it wasnt one of us  :spoton:

I better get my arse down there next week to see Craigs 10 sec pass  :msm:

Alan

Well done Craig on the new PB, just soooooooo close... you will get it next week mate.

Thanks Alan, a new PB for me 12.3@112 but wasn't the best run... wheel spin in 1st and 2nd and hit the rev limiter in 2nd gear. If I didnt stuff it up was an easy 12.0 - 11.9 :pinch:

Next time :pinch:

Rob... :pinch:

Car was tuned to VP 109ron racing fuel. I latter added 110ron Avgas I bought at the track for $1.60 a litre. Next I added VP 114ron race fuel. Unfortunately I still didn't have enough. Rob's going to fit a surge tank this week and we'll go out again. What I'm hoping to do is run a 10 next Friday with the weight out of the car on the race fuel with the surge tank and no exhaust. After this I'll head back to the track with a nearly empty tank and put in 50litres of Avgas and drop the cat. This should get me into the 10's too I hope.

geez Geea!! Nice times!

Do you know what your rwkw output is running those times?

Surely its more than whats in your sig?!

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

The car has 358.7rwkw's with this race tune. It's 30rwkw's more than my octanebooster tune.

Fantastic effort Craig!

Congratulations on an absolutely awesome time. :pinch:

That 60' time is brilliant as well.  What's your secret?

Here's to a 10 next week.  Remember,  last time you promised me a 11.5 and delivered the following week.

Care to go for 2 out of 2? :spoton:

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Ok SIXRT, here's your promise. Aslong as the weather permits I'll run you a time under 10.98 next Friday.

The 60' secret is I heated the brakes in the staging lanes so I could load it up a little more before I launched.

Now I've put the pressure on myself. Hope I can go 2for 2. :pinch:
