best I pulled was 291 before we ran out of time and had to tune the rest on the street with the lambda meter. no idea wat kw's are now.. I cant even boot it due to my clutch slipping bad. ordering a button clutch kit this week.

lolly I would'nt b so quick 2 point towards the ASE cooler as there were other factors ie- dyno fan small prob flow air equilivent to about 30 kph!

- clutch slip possably worse each back 2 back run?

- loose plumbing remember it blew off when road tested.

there could have been many other factors also.

as others have said they have had no problems and have gained power!

only a comperhensive test using mutipule temp sensors on- air box inlet ,outlet ,manifold and using a consistant test mule-standard car without any issues ie- slipping clutch, would prove results.

in short best not 2 bag someone/product untill u are 100% sure after doing thorough tests..........

results from the weekend were inconclusive 2 say the least

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Saw some photos of a stock intercooler of a XR6T on this thread and it had a ford sticker on the top. I looked at mine and it has a FPV sticker with a part no and serial number on it can anyone tell me why? Does this mean it is a Typhoon cooler?

no they all have that. the typhoon cooler if bigger than the xr6t ones and painted silver standard. i believe fpv assembled the series 1 xr6t motors so that may have some thing to do with it...?
