Sorry guys but it was Marcus's fault, he gave Skaife no chance of staying on the track & as a result they collided, completely avoidable by our number one man & while it pains me to admit it Marcus fukked up.

Sorry Scotty,

Cannot agree with you this time. Marcus cleary got the jump on big nose and was in the lead heading towards the first corner and was intitled to try and get onto the race line. Skaife made a late desperate lung up the inside then braked late and got tangled. Skaifes front left wheel got caught up on Ambroses rear wheel breaking his steering.

Skaife should have conceded the corner and he would have lived to fight on.

IMOP Racing incident that's all

I agree with Scotty. Ambrose did the same thing to Lowndes a few races ago and then had the hide to bag Lowndes on Sunday for leaving a bit of dirt on the track causing him to run wide on corner. At least MA only lost a place, Lowndes went back to last place I recall.

sORRY BUT I AM bias, toward ford, but, in this case I was watching the TV footage and from 2 angles you can clearly see Ambrose got a better start, and Skaife admitted he stuffed his up, BUT going to the 1st corner from 2 angles you can see Ambrose had 3/4 of a car length on Skaife which to me would say Skaife should have backed off as he clearly had not utilised POLE postion,

Personally I think Skaife has been attending the Kelly Brothers Demolition Derby School.

I must say I really feel sorry for Paul Radisich, I like him as a driver and a role Model to all, even though hes in a holden, I wish him the best, he was always so loyal to FORD, till FORD sharfted him. I mean look at his sportsmanship, running over before the safety guys got to Brad Jones, that's what I like seeing in the V8, series SPORTSMANSHIP like that.

By the way you must all agree Steve Richards is such a good driver considering how he is so consistent at every race meet. I take my hat off to him, he gets in , drives and keeps his mouth shut. He would be a grewat replacement FOR Ambrose I reckon to drive the PirteK Falcon, Just my Optermistic opinion.

Rubbish Marcus could of given sufficent room for nose to get through, he tried to bully him out of it & Skaife called his bluff, he deserved to get run off & I love the kid

nor I do purposely let my bias towards HRT show through in my posting.

I am 50/50 on this.

Now that was good for some jockularity :spoton:

Fark! I can't win with you lot, I give an honest opinion, I call it a racing incident and still, get sh!t thrown at me.

what's the g-o? I think some just like the chance to argue.

I dont agree. before this round he hadnt won a race in 4 years or a round in 5 years. I think SBR could do better than him.

that's what I mean Crisso, in the V8's you don't have to win to be near the top just Finish every race with consistent points and he does year in year out. Personally I think he is a very talented driver and with the right car(like an SBR falcon) he could win all the time too. But this is just my OPINION.
