LUMPY - can you post an idea of where we can get the oh so rare commodity of 98 octane juice around the northern rivers - prefereably the BP variety! Any idea?Oh So Rare? I even run the Pimptara on Ultimate. Currently paying 117.9c/L for Ultimate in Maclean.Maclean has Ultimate and Grafton has Ultimate AND Optimax. Also Coffs has Ultimate and Optimax. And for those who use premium (95 octane) it's available in Yamba, Maclean, Grafton, Ulmarra, Halfway Creek, Coffs, Dorrigo....Lumpy Still down't knowwhy people insist on putting anything more expensive that standard unleaded in these T's... 2kw difference on the Dyno and the fuel economy is EXACTLY the same in my T. Do you use home brand motor oil in your T, it does the same job and is heaps cheaper.... Lumpy

Friday night at the Aqualuna, Saturday at the Pegasus.Oooh, and we got the only spa at the Pegasus Motel on Saturday. According to the woman who took my reservation, "we won't be sorry." She of course says this without knowing any of you deviants and what you'll probably do to try and get into, or what you'll do while you are actually in our spa.Dirty bastards. Shame on you. My handbook says it is tuned to run on standard unleaded as well and I don't get any power or economy benefit... and beleive me I have tried them all, consistantly...Even putting 102 and 104 Octane fuel in them on Dyno days, does not show any increase in Horsepower... Lumpy Yeah, but oil is there to protect, fuel is there to burn.... as long as it goes BANG, and produces the same amount of power... the rest is Marketing Hype....If you do get 30% better economy out of it, then I guess it is almost justified, but it make no power or economy difference to my T at all......Making the Airbox breathe better gives me WAY more performance gain that Optimax, or any of the others....
