So here it comes again .. don't say you weren't warned. Apart from scratched screens and broken wiper arms there have been cases of broken side mirrors and scratched duco from people leaning across with keys dangling from their belts etc.And then there's this ... BA_Turbs Member 836 Member For: 21y 9m 2d Gender: Male Posted 06/05/05 12:41 AM Share Posted 06/05/05 12:41 AM As far as I'm concerned they can right off.My arms aren't painted on, I'm capable of doing it myself. The council should give them a job painting street numbers on gutters or cutting street trees or whatever else actually needs to be done in their local area. Bring on work for the dole. This window washing is no different to beggers. One came up and scared the absolute out of my missus the other dayat our local shops, actually opened the door of her (my) car and asked if she had a $1.50 (she was there by herself). He was there the next day and she pointed him out to me, so we had a little talk about what he should be doing with his days and whereabouts he should be doing it.Leeches. It comes down to the whole "life is what you make of it" thing. Not everyone that had a bad childhood end up a wit drain on society.Anyway, for those of us out there with a job, just incase we ever forget why we punch in every morning: Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/17418-traffic-light-windscreen-washers/page/2/#findComment-250130 Share on other sites

They do make a stunning couple! He's the fella who's also cleaned my screen a few times when I've indicated a definite 'no thanks'. I've actually seen some drivers get out their cars to abuse him! I felt sorry for one of the buggers in Charles St, Perth one evening and gave him $2 for nixs. He insisted on doing the windscreen and proceeded to put a very fine arc of a scratch on the passenger side from top to bottom. Pissed me off for weeks afterwards, every time the sun caught the scratch.Lightning....
