Hope you get all that fixed mate.... My previous T had those problems and then some... so I truely know how you feel... Luckily my new t doesnt have any probs so far.

You should not have to put up with any of it, and this is why you have a 3 year waranty... all of the iussues that you mention and that some people refer to as "normal wear and tear" is actually covered by warranty...

Its the people that tell you to put up with it that dont have these problems, although theyd like you think that they do... and when they all of a sudden get 10 problems simultaneously... they jump up and down louder then any of us :fool:

Hope you get it all sorted soon enough

I assume you are refering to me?

Anyway I have had more than 10 warrently claims, I even had one on the first day I picked up the car!! Search these forums, you'll not find one winging thread from me about them. If you are lucky you might find a FYI post, detailing the event and the outcome for other members benfit - not a b**ch session cause I am a girl thread.

And Jet? I don't think I have ever seen you post wingy b**chy posts about your problems either, just FYI threads for our benifit, not for you to get your bad day off your chest sort of thing. :glad:

Less winging and b**ching and more informative posts please people!

Not directly related to your post at all.... I feel more for him then most because I actually have had a T that was in for numerous amounts of warranty work and a lot of the issues were never fixed. A lot like the case in question. Over a year and a half, my issues were not resolved :pinch:

And yes, I have had whingy/b**chy posts when all my problems first arose.... in the end I just ignored my problems and did not bring them to the public as there were people that thought that I should not have a b*tch...... If people dont have the occasional b*tch and vent their anger, companies will continue to do what they do best, make money and avoid warranty claims.

But your right, we need more informative posts :glad: at the same time, we should allow those that are less fortunate in the ford lucky dip barrell, to voice their concerns without getting hammered :spoton:

The car will have done 3 years soon and will unfortunately get replaced with a Holden....which I never wanted to do again....but hey Ford cannot fix these things !

And you honestly believe that the Expensive Daewoo you buy will be problem free?! HA!

My N/A has had a few issues, but it is possible to deal with them. Sure, it's frustrating going to the dealer to get things sorted, but whadda ya gonna do?

You're not going to find things much different from Ford to Holden. Please don't make me bring up my mate's VY S issues or my other mate's VXII SS issues. If you thought cmdwedge had problems then you have NO idea!

heres a little info for people about buying holdens.

was out with my RX-7 driving friends that work at Expensive Daewoo

(theres clue number 1 that holdens arent that good, all the guys buy japanese cars)

when I had a bit of a joke and said 'so you guys put them all together, that's why they fall apart' to which the answer was... 'we dont care about them, we just put them together, we cant help it if they have a sh*t design' also other gold such as 'even the new ones are just about the same as a VB under the skin'

and that is where the problem I think is, japanese emplyees in particular have pride in what their company is doing, which would go for dealers too, any problems with the product is a direct reflection of the employees.. but aussie workers dont think like that.
