Are projectors good enough now that you can use them during the day or are they a strictly blinds drawn, lights out option?

DaveO hunt down a copy of the fifth element on SUPERBIT. HMV sell them

superbit is a high quality recording, Go to the part when the planet is being shot by nukes.

take note on how each of the PJ's make the background stars. you should see other colors in the back ground if its good enough.

This will sort out the toys from the real PJs

ill post a pic of the part it you want me too.

I'm contemplating the acer PD523 ($2100) or the BenQ PB6210 ($2400) because they're more in my price range. Both are DLP, and both have a contrast ratio of 2000:1, with 2000 lumens brightness. Not bad for the price.

I know they're both technically "data projectors" and neither are native WXGA, but they both have reasonable reps. You guys out there got any comments or suggestions? :)

anything with skin tones in it. ppl have to look like ppl.. also watch some sport, pref footy, an see how the grass looks. sometimes it can be fluro green and a blob... Watch some dark movies too, and ask what screen it's playing on, if it's not what your buying, it won't look the same..

DONT WATCH ANIMATION

If they demo it with animation, they're hidin something...

happy hunting..
