But I don't want to waste that sort of cooked meat by eating it with anything else What I want in a kebab is specific: 1. Good quality and flavoured meat cooked completely and warm/hot to bite through with a reasonably thick cut. 2. Fluffy and warm/hot turkish "loaf" style kebab bread 3. No garlic sauce or only a tiny bit. 4. A reasonable ratio of hot chilli sauce so as to incorporate the flavour of the chilli without overwhelming the meat flavour. 5. fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. I'm not a hard person to please with a what I call a "decent" kebab, but most places fail hard on 1 or more of those requirements. I'm not expecting perfection with fast food, just a good enough quality to want to return for a quick tasty kebab

That meat will always be far superior in quality... one day I'll take you up on the offer haha I got this HSP from the one in Melton. Cafe Kebab. Usually pretty good quality and meet all 5 of my requirements. http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/26403-whats-on-the-menu/?do=findComment&comment=1646944 This kebab is from the same place (but not the HSP, it sucked compared to the one I had in the above comment).. it doesn't completely meet my requirements, but its very close 90+% of the time I go there: http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/26403-whats-on-the-menu/?do=findComment&comment=1646179
