Try find 3 items on ours. Good luck.20 items is ridiculous. They even carpenters who did the frame??I'd be more worried about metricon and Dennis family homes over this side of melb..not sure if its the same over that side. Finally Ross Kemp on gangs (onehd) is doing the part of the US with the crips, bloods and a heap of others. Love this show..there's some fkd up gangs out there Edited 08/05/12 11:37 AM by Shyfrd

Didn't get to put up the last 2 we just finished but fck me. Boss borrowed someone else's chalk which was a different colour and about half the walls were 20mm out. Some walls followed the same line, like the hallway. So all the walls along there were moved. So sh*t. Stick frames are so much better, much better finish imo

In the last 6 years I have actually seen a supervisor measure the size of each room in a house only once! and then it is our (the prefab company's) fault when it is all plastered and no one noticed a problem! There are plenty of gaps in the industry at the moment, and the down turn is making it worse.

They use boxes cause they cant trowel and only put 2 coats instead of 3.

Now that work had dried up it's better. You I <3 Bananas off the sh*t trades and keep the good ones. We try to work with concretors and Chippys to get things approved as it's better for us. Industry now is only going to get worse once they pull the first home grant
