I have the entry forms already (thanks deek for passing on me number ) but want to know who would be interested in displaying their cars - a shine n show. Cost to enter is $20 and you get to park your car in the designated FordXR6Turbo area too (so you'd be with your mates) and get a bag of goodies.So here is the info for car clubs. Dont worry though about the entry forms - I have em already - you just need to let me know if you are coming so I can get car numbers back to Kiwanis. So I would like to know who would be interested in participating asap as it is just around the corner. Really good opportunity to show off your pride and joy. You can just have your car on display or optionally you can actually enter it into several categories. Here are the categories for judging. So, $20 per car (includes all passengers, parking spot in the FordXR6Turbo forum designated area and bag of goodies) is pretty good value considering general public admission is $15 per car.So where and when?Please let me know if there is interest and I will start a new thread so we can get this event off the ground.By the way, if we go ahead with this, would be interested in help from anyone for a canopy tent, folding table, folding chairs etc. I shall have brochures advertising our forum. Does anybody know someone who can make a FordXR6Turbo banner that we could hang across the canopy tent opening? Also thinking of bringing me lappy too running Telstra Next G access to the Internet so can display the FordXR6Turbo forum site as well (just not sure yet how am going to keep me lappy battery charged for the whole day).How are you EvilDaifu? I think I need to put their names on a window flyer that goes on their windscreen to say they are permitted to park in the club area.Havent worked it out yet, but I think I may need to also collect $20 from them cos I think I may have to pay upfront onbehalf of the forum (not sure cos this will be my first time too).Okay so we dont get too confused, I shall start up a separate thread cos by my reckoning, that's about 6 cars so far interested (including meself).
