Ey jetfpv was the yellow vl with the gts r seats and the plates nohope yours to. I used to frof ova that hard re. I was crazy ova vls when I was a kid I even had (still have) a vl shrine il post pics nxt time im on the pc lol.

Yes mate, sold that also, another guy from from Rajab bought it and this is it now...

Fark jet. That's a massive payout. Least u were smart the cash n now pays off. What a retirement u have lol

Yes exactly, you have to be smart and think about long term future not just rushing out and buying sh!t which is going to drop in value rapidly, it's stable income but it does have to last the rest of my life, covering all mine and my own family's expences plus lot's of other expenses and stuff like multiple rates, insurances on houses & car's, rego's, bill's, food, clothing etc etc etc...

I make reasonably good return's, more than a weekly wage, but I do have alot of overhead cost's and I help out alot of family member's aswell at time's when needed, but I still do pretty ok....

That's awesome work there JETFPV. I guess you don't even have to worry about the sharemarket in your retirement.

I was going to invest in the share market back then, luckily I didn't, in fact my financial adviser told me the option's back then, either lock it in with the bank which is more solid and garantee'd return's without losing a cent, although not as great as the stock market, or invest in the stock market and have the potential to earn a great deal more, BUT there is also the risk of a loss altogether if something should go bad which as you know it did and people lost million's...

I chose bank as I didn't want to risk it, although at some stages I did, but luckily I didn't, and after what happened with GFC I definately wouldn't ever now wether the market boom's again or not...

Retirement has it's advantages although get's abit boring at time's, what's good is you dont have to work in the freezing cold winter or stinking heat, I've set up my house so it has everything I need so it's plenty of late morning's, lot's late evening's, plenty of time's to spend with my mrs & young kid's, lot's of time for arvo nap's on the couch while watching a movie or mucking around with car's, or visiting good mates at there workshop's etc...
