I reckon I polish the car (Meguiars NXT) every 3-4 months. Clay block every 2nd polish. Probs overkill but makes it soo easy to wash and dry,which usually gets done once a week,if not,once a fortnight. Dont know what the Detailers opinion is,but that's what I have done since I was 18.
