Would You Buy A 't' Again?

Phoon Hoon

I have read a many posts bagging Ford and the T. Now it's hit the mainstream press. I want to know: would you buy a T again?

I didn't, but that's not to say mine was plagued with problems...I don't think I have anything worth complaining about, but I was ready to move on and did. I don't regret the purchase of my T 18 months ago, but I saying that, I have had my LS2 for three days and have enjoyed it moreso than I did the T in its early days.

Love the T.

Best car ive ever bought. Next to the XC.

OK, I get al the issues fixed straight away, no questions asked, that does have a great deal to do with it, wont argue there.

Ive just edited my T, and it has taken on a new lease of life.

Great car. :spoton:

Love it.

I want to buy a townhouse or unit in a year or two so I am selling it at the moment, but I will have another, I just know I will. Had a drive in the hills today, days like this make you glad you have one.

Awesome cars.

My next car may be a Evo 9 later this year, but it could also be a 6sp auto F6 :spoton:

Well when you sell your XR be sure that you sell your sig with it.

Ok, Here's the stoy, I paid cash for a brand new xrt, since then I have been made feel like all its problems are my fault and I should be thankful they are being done under warranty.... For instance, The first time the front discs warped.....QUOTE FORD DEALER NT"we'll do it this time, but its your prob in future..." been machined 3 times and replaced once.

AND ater telling me to put $3 worth of fuel in their focus, and then told I need helicoil to fix my sump cause we stripped it, and, lol, they dont think warranty will cover it, farkin sure it wont lol new sup, 4 days plus to fix a leak.

I have loved ford since I ws a kid...............sorry moffat......I'll buy a yank tank next

Dude, I can understand your frustration, it must be extreme to consider a yank tank.

After 5 yrs of owning an 89 Chev Camaro and speaking to other owners for years you would need a LOT of patience to own an American car. Hey, even my local mechanic who dealt specifically in American cars drove a soarer.

NT TURBO, work on your patience and frustration management and you will have a reasonable experience with an American car. They look good but, by god, they can be sh*tt at times.

Just wondering where you can get a better all round package than a T, or an 8 for that matter, with top notch service.

Like a few of you have said, we aint drivin Beemers or Benzes here people.
