I was cleaning inside the door jams and I happened to pull the door rubber off and to my surprise I found RUST, What the. :angry: Rust is forming where the two skins are joined together on the top right corner of the right side passenger door. The rust has been forming for a while because it's starting to flake more paint off. I'm going to take the XRT back to the Dealer tomorrow to see what should/can be done about it.

This isn't a good sign for Ford since they are offering a five year perforation warranty on the body parts ... just hope they fix it properly for you mate.

I thourt that the metal ford used since the au was rust proof that's what my pop told me when the au came out although our au ute had a little bit of surface rust under the rubber seal between the tub and the tailgate it's still there but it hasen't got any worce

Not good at all, living close to the coast will keep an eye on that! :blink:
