So when I finally get the ghost back it will be interesting to see what it goes like with a real belly full of air. I found the AWC here www.awcinfo.com Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/17083-cold-air-inductions/ Share on other sites

I can remember the mess I made of my T a couple of years ago trying to fit the home made job in. I have always believed that you use your hands to have your fun and your mouth to make your money. Loitering around in front of a car sweating, swearing and cursing while the hands are covered in black sticky crap and skin is being ripped off everywhere from the sharp bits, is not my idea of fun. Rather just pay and get the neat easy way from the outset. I've spent the last 3 or more hours reading about CAIs on this forum and the manufacturers websites... this one, at $220 is definately the best Bang for buck...looking at the pic it seems asthough it doesnt block as much air to the radiator as the SS inductions one..theres so many to choose from... the lower typhoon one.. the hell pricey yella terra 600$ steel front corner mould one, the ss inductions one at 350.. an "air power systems" APS one for unknown price... and a saber performance front corner steel box style for 440... all crazy prices and money well spent on other stuff....so yea... ill be getting the AWC quite soon.. lot less hassle than my previous plan to make something up out of 3.5inch silicone hose replacing the factory snorkle Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/17083-cold-air-inductions/#findComment-647911 Share on other sites
