What engines are in what? Is it the series 2 fairmont ghia with the XR6 engine? Is the calais supercharged? I reckon the calais probly..

They are fairly evenly matched that it would come down to who had the better launch, from a rolling start I would say the EF thanks to its tourque...

a stock ef fairmont is quicker than any na vt v6. Vt v6's are slow, I remember them being quoted 0-100 in 9.8, where ef-au were about 8.7-9 (both stock, 6 and auto). Another thing, has anyone seen the performance figures for the 175 alloytech commodore's? I haven't, so perhaps they ain't that good, cause the I know the 190 is/was nothing flash.

I havent heard anything about the alloytech 175 but dont doubt the 190 it will propell itself to 100 k's in about 6.95 secs and finish the quarter in 15.34 which makes it faster than the N/A XR6 which can only manage a 8.11 and 15.86 respectively...

stall to about 1750 I reakon. take the car out of economy and leave the car auto in 3 that should fix the commy up
