I have noticed on my ute the plastic sourrounds that go around the little side windows are built very poorly. The plastic sourrounding the window is fading whitish and the plastic bit that runs parallel to the door dosnt align or even sit in properly. Do any of you notice this on your utes??? I saw a XLS ute today with a similar problem. Would this be a warranty claim to get it fixed??? If not how hard is it to fix. I find this very poor for a new ute. :spoton: (Sorry but had to ask and whinge)

I don't think that I have ever even noticed the trim.  I think it sits OK, & my windoww tint will limit any fading.

FYI the windows are known as 'Opera' windows, dunno why, they just are.

Its because it is just as painful to look through them as it is to watch one! :spit:

Yeah my rubber / plastic seal around the window on the outside has faded, but I think it could of been caused when the car was waxed and polished b4 I took delivery of it.......looks grey instead of black. I'm not going to loose sleep over it. :w00t2:
