By the way I do think its bionic but only time will tell

No, it won't go there! I am certainly not going to get into any slanging match.

All that matters is that the learned people who have responded to this topic in the affirmative are the ones who know best! For those that continue to believe otherwise that is entirely up to them. If & when Ford do release this colour I just wonder if any humble pie will be eaten?????????????????? Yes, time will tell!

I saw this pic on AFF and I like it.

It's a 'flat' colour like Blood Orange and Citric Acid.

Either this is the colour I seen the other day on a Fairmont Ghia Mk2 in sydney, or it was icon. At first I thought it was velocity, but then wasnt sure that its available on non-Xr's..so it must had been icon, or that color on that xr8, and I can tell you that it looked bloody hot on the fairmont Ghia with the mk2 wheels and chrome bits etc..very classy..

Velocity also comes in the Fairmont Ghia, havent seen one yet though.

It will be the colour of my new 6 speed XR6T ute, I can see it now....And yes, it must have been taken on a crappy day. Seeing quite a few Velocity's on the roads now and I love it. I HAVE to have this colour. It's the next generation Blueprint, that's for sure. Just hope I get one before they are too popular...lol.

Sell house......DAMNITT!!! I need my Velocity ute!!! (unless something second hand, abasolute beast and going for a steel comes my way...lol). :kissmy:

just my two cents worth...

its not velocity. I think we can all agree on that (unless your blind). its not a metallic (so its not velocity).

ive never heard of bionic or icon (dad owns business that supplies paint touch-up kits to ford, which we are informed of new colours months before they go into production).

and just because 'icon' is mentioned in the colour charts, does not mean that's the colour. ford (and other manufacturers for that matter), are always testing new one-off colours at shows to judge crowd responce. I believe rapid was a 'concept colour' before it went into production.

again, just my two cents worth...
