I got my Edit done today! no custom tune as yet and still using the 8psi map... noticable differance all round, the old Ute is just much better to drive!

The main thing I noticed is much more noise from the turbo... you can really feel and hear it when it's 'on' boost, and much more flutter noise from the BOV when backing off!

Can't wait until someone up here in sunny Darwin is trained how to custom tune it! Then comes injectors... exhaust etc etc!

Might head down to the off street drags tomorrow night and let you know how the heat/humidity affects the performance compared to conditions "down south"

Feel free to ask away on any other Q's :w00t2:

Is there a train station near HPF? :spoton:

As I am going to do injectors and springs, Sash is saying 2-3 days for my car.

Dont know I am going to get home and back again to :spoton: Dandenong from my place.

Luke,

Dandy station should be nearby, check it on whereis.com

By the way, congrats for getting the springs and injectors from Macka.

Will be good to see another edit running somewhere in excess of 260rwkw :msm:

QTRMILE,

I've said this before. Put the 10PSI map in (you may need to re-gap the plugs) and you will never go back to the 8 again.

Rob, mate the car NEVER gets quirted when she is in it. She'd just go off at me.

Doesn't mind me doing whatever whenever by myself or with others, but she had a few dramas with a dickhead and hsi driving in the past, friggin nearly killed her. So I have total respect for her when she's around.

That said, she is totally stocked for me, just wrapped that I am so much happier. :ermm:

Got mine back from HPF this morning. Achieved 241.1kW at the rears :msm:

Pretty happy with that.

Runs same as stock when nursed, but :ermm: does it go when pushed harder.

It now bags up the rears in 1st at about 50km/k, damn amazing. Although once that happens, the traction control lamp stays lit forever, and cannot be reset without keying off the car.

Now it really gets up and goes when asked, just like it should of from the factory :ermm:

Will also post my graph when I get em scanned in :)

I think its running around 9 PSI boost.
