Detest  the ..

"C" word (german origin - Kunta) TABOO SLANG ..1. the female genitals..2.OFFENSIVE.. a mean or obnoxious person!!!!  No link to sensors of taste or reference to fish!!

:spoton:

So THAT could be the origin???

WELL, without wishing to offend here is the middle english/gaelic etc explanation I have read. These are literal. Please bear with me.

A Cock is a Spade.

A C is a Hole.

and to F, is to Dig.

So when you F a C with your Ck you are merely Digging a Hole, in LITERAL Old Gaelic...

Actually there was an Australian comedian named 'Mo' back in the '30's

He used to have a skit and it went like this:

Mo: I am going to draw the letter F on the blackboard (Mo would draw the letter K)

Sidekick: Hey that's not the letter C, it's the letter K

Mo: How come everytime I draw the letter F, you see K"

End of joke" quite risque for Australia in the '30's

PS I really like the 'C' word. There is nothing that can carry the full force of an insult, the full meaning of an intimate exchange or the full description of an inanimate object!

Must admit I'm with Plonky, the 'C' word is a great adjective! :spoton:

A phrase I hate is courtesy of good old Alf Stewart from home and away, and that is "You need your head read." For fu*ks sake Alf, you have been saying that since the show began 2 millenia ago, get up with the times and modernise it a little, try something like "You need your fu*king head kicked in." or "Fu*k off you litt cu*t, before I disembowle you and your family."

Or he could just hurry up and die.

A word I'm very wary of now is 'Fiancee'

Now I know that 'fiancee' is too close to 'finance' and once the 'fiancee' becomes the 'wife' the 'finance' changes to 'woe'
