Is it just me or are the gauges "pointing" in different directions? I would have thought they would be parallel but it looks like they are different angles... what the??

The plastic caps suck, but there are no other choices and I could not be stuffed in modding it to remove the holes.

My Apexi ones plug into a oil and boost sender in the engine bay and a control box under the tissue holder.

I want the pretzel ICC gauges as well

How do you pop the original panel out, just get a flat blade screw driver in there and pop, how is the original held in there, dont want do break anything???

Place a screwdriver in the rear section ( closest to the windscreen) and lift the cover up , and it pops up :)

I know this is a really old thread, but I have just bought a SS Inductions twin pod, I have taken some pictures for ppl to get idea about them B4 buying them,

Let me just say I would not buy them again, I Bought them from Autobarn in Capalaba QLD and bought my Drift Iridium Gauges at the same time, went for Boost and Oil temp... (only cause I know what they are telling me, I don't know anything about oil pressure...) they gave me a 10% discount and I paid about $80 bucks for the Twin Pod

N e way...

I wasn't impressed when I realised that they don't fit! (see pics) and the colour doesn't match...

Call me crazy, but when I pay $80 bucks for a 10c piece of plastic, I expect it to fit...!

I will get out the Stanley knife and shave them at the bottom where it meets the ICC and hopefully I don't stuff it.

If anyone has a better suggestion plz let me know?!?

Thanks

Scotty

This is the way it sits flush against the dashboard

xr6pod3.jpg

If I push it hard against the dashboard and it forces the dashboard on the windscreen side physically up, I've held it

in place to get an idea of the force needed to do this

xr6pod2.jpg

there is still a gap on the right if pushed hard in to place

a photo of the packaging with part number.
