The ze326 isnt a very expensive tyre though either. Next time around ill try some diferent Shane Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/16562-tyres/page/3/#findComment-235885 Share on other sites

I have the same tyres I think and they just don't even come remotely close to the performance of the dunlops... next time I'll try the hankooks or hopefully the regal sp9000 (oem dunlop) equivalent will be out and I'll be able to give them a go.Out of interest... what psi u running in yours tango? turbomuz Member 209 Member For: 19y 11m 9d Location: Canberra Posted 01/07/05 02:05 AM Share Posted 01/07/05 02:05 AM In a recent Motor magazine test of 235/45/17 the Maxxis Victra upstaged a couple of premium brands and absolutely wallops them on price (about $200 a tyre). I think the Goodyear Eagle F1 won (about $350 a tyre).Wheels magazine did a test of 235/45/17 about 12 months ago. For memory I think the Dunlop FM-901 won. I'll see if I can find the results. sharkey Member 337 Member For: 21y 3m 16d Posted 01/07/05 03:37 AM Share Posted 01/07/05 03:37 AM I have Goodyear Eagle F1s on both of our cars (XR6T and Alfa 156) and am very happy with them. They were around $300 each. I haven't had either sets of them long enough to comment on wear rates though.
