It has to be along the lines of HRT427, if you want luxury buy a GT-P, if you want to go fast buy a GTHO. A road and race version (as per HRT427) is a must too. I don't care if they blow, stroke, turbo, nitrous or all of the above as long as it hauls ar$e! Without all the power windows/air con and the like a decent weight loss should be acheivable without the expense of reengineering stuff. It's gotta have dual exhaust (one either side of the car). Manual only. Only available in one colour - Vermillion Fire. A shaker as well would be a nice touch. Rear wing from T3 or very similar too. Maybe some optional 19" wheels just for good measure.

edit: loose the starter button!

I think that's taking things a bit too far XFwannaBA. Hardly anybody would be able to afford the $1/2 million price tag that Ford would have to charge for such a car. Probably wouldn't pass ADRs with cage and no rear seat.

Nope - it has to be affordable and profitable and also be a legend - you can't do any of this by selling just a handful of cars.

I agree just one colour - Silhouette heheheh.

No really, any colour the customer wants, at a premium price if it's not on the current colour sheet.

I think the "basic" car should be around the $80,000, for a vehicle of similar features as an XT, but built on a Fairmont platform so it is fully customizable as far as luxo extras to suit the customers needs. This way every car is unique, as everyone has their own perception of what they want/need in a car. Naturally all the options are at extra cost so Ford will make their money by "selling up" to what each individual can afford in HIS OWN PERSONALIZED GTHO.

Well the Thread was a dream list...Why wouldnt it pass ADR though? The Porsche GT3's Turbos etc all have the Cage/No Seat option...also comes with Fire Extinguisher.I really cant see how Ford would charge 500000 for that...HRT pricing seems fairer.what would be the expensive stuff?all of it is available in the Ford parts bin

Agree with all the above performance extras  .

Ford should take a leaf out of Ferrari's book, look at the F1 bloody thing didn't even have door handles (talk about no creature comforts) and it sold for >#1,000,000.

You don't want a car like a GTHO to take Grandma for a leasurly drive to church on Sundays :D , you want a car that the above average (intellegent, is there any!) Piston Slapper owner won't want to take you on, and to send your Riceies heading for the container ship back to Japan B)

MMMMMMMM a wish list. Ok first an engine that REVS!!!! Stroked, might be hard with this donk, But pay real attention to the internals. Two doors are a must. Real bucket seats!! NO STARTER BUTTON. Pipes out the side just before the rear tyres ( for that real world sound ) Forget the sterio cause with a motor like this why would you want to hear anything else!! At least 350 KW and more torque than a womans tea group!! Keep the interior simple since this car is built for one thing. Brakes and tyres to match. A trip to Jenny Craig. And a custom set of colours that only this car will come out in. I dont care how they do it, just do it!
