As I said to you mate, terrible news. At least everyone is okay and you managed to buy the wreck back.

I know what you mean about the eboost - it does make the power hit very, very hard.

I will certainly keep you in mind when driving this stupid thing of mine now.

Sorry to hear mate, glad everyone is ok and no injuries.

With all this Sydney rain I've taken out the race tune in mine and put the soft tune in. It was just too dangerous and scary....and that's with HEAPS less power than yours.

Doesn't matter how much money we spend on these things, the most prescious thing is life.

I must say, you and your car have been an inspiration to me and I'm sure many other Aussies and forum members.

It a brighter side, it will be interesting to see what follows on from this new project.

Cars come & go but family stay forever so I'm glad every one is ok.

I think the majority of people on this site will be sadden to hear the XR is gone as it was the bench mark & the foundation's of Ford turbo performance.

Atleast we still have the video's.

Like most have said, cars can be replaced, as long as you, your passengers, and everyone else is OK, that's the main thing.

Cars can bite back, no matter how much power they are making, anyone who is willing to post up their experiences on here for everyone else to learn from gets a big thumbs up from me.

Very unfortunate, just glad it wasn't any worse.
